天冷了！最近不少好友又拉著我開始吃鍋，其實就連我們家也很愛煮火鍋
這次要介紹的也是美食部落客圈很火的踏輕Touchin 匠職沉浸式鍋物料理
他們家鍋不浮誇，真材實料，整隻鴨去頭去尾真空包裝～直接冷凍宅配到府
過年啊～圍爐啊！親戚朋友聚會，踏輕Touchin 的鍋物囤起來就對了！
沙勞越黑胡椒鴨
選用了非常鮮甜的洋蔥，搭配沙勞越黑胡椒
讓整個湯頭喝起來鮮甜暖胃，我好喜歡這湯頭的口感
喝起來回甘，鴨肉的肉質也非常鮮嫩
口感不柴，味道也非常好吃
退冰後加水煮滾，可以加入自己喜歡的配料
甘甜的湯頭加入蔬菜火鍋料，就是一鍋豐盛又美味的鍋物了
其實有時候自己煮會比去餐館吃還要滿足，配料可以依照自己喜歡的做選擇
愛吃什麼就放什麼，再加點青菜，就覺得肚子好滿足
鴨肉的肉質真的不是我浮誇
料多實在，而且是真的很美味喔！
喝完湯整個人都暖活起來，突然覺得冬天其實也沒這麼冷了
